All of our Loan Originators receive a Signing Bonus of up to 20 BPS of their total closed loans per year, with a maximum bonus of $25,000. This bonus is based on the average performance over the previous two years.

 We offer our Loan Originators a straightforward pay of 150 (BPS) of their closed loans, paid on the day of funding. We do not make any deductions, nor do we implement a tier system for commissions. 

We believe that the success of our Loan Originators drives our collective growth. To support their efforts, we offer 5 carefully vetted live leads every 30 days at no cost, helping them close more loans each month. 

Our Loan Originators dedicate just 30 minutes per file, thanks to the in-house processing team we provide free of charge. This approach ensures that they always retain the autonomy to oversee the entire process. 

 We understand that speed is critical in our industry, therefore we receive our appraisal reports within an average of just five business days. This efficiency enables us to close our loans in less than two weeks. 

Recognizing the importance of a seamless transition, within less than 4 hours, we will provide: Dedicated Web Page, Email Address,  Phone Line, Loan Origination System, CRM, Credit and Marketing Platform access.

 To ensure our Loan Originators have the necessary tools for success, we'll promptly ship a formatted laptop, external monitor, and any other peripherals directly to their home via overnight delivery.

 At our company, we prioritize the well-being and future security of our Loan Originators. After 90 days of employment, they have the opportunity to enroll in our Health Insurance program and our company 401K.
