Apply Here and in less than 5 minutes, our simple Loan Application will collect your information to start the easy process.

After submitting your Loan Application, the next step is to upload your initial documents, so that we can work on your Pre-Approval Letter. 

After reviewing your initial documents, you will receive a Pre-Approval Letter from us and an official Loan Estimate (LE) for your review.

Now it's time to house-hunt! Working with your Realtor or one of our Preferred Partners, go Under Contract on the Home of your dreams!

Once we receive your fully Executed Contract from your Realtor, we will lock your rate and send you Loan Disclosures for you to e-sign.

Our Underwriters will review the information you provide, and they will issue a "Conditional Approval." More documents may be requested.

When our Underwriting department clears all Loan Conditions, you'll receive your Clear to Close. Congratulations!
