  At United Mortgage, we prioritize rewarding our Realtor Partners for trusting us with their Buyers. 

When your Buyers close a loan with us, and you are a fully licensed and sponsored Mortgage Loan Originator, we pay you a generous commission of up to $2,500 or 0.50% of the Loan Amount, whichever is lower. This payment is also paid to you the same day of Closing/Funding! 

A Partnership Commission Example:

A Closed Loan that is $500,000 x 0.50% = $2,500 Commission to You
